The good bed in my single room was truly enjoyable. Extra touches like a balcony and a hair dryer were a nice treat. - the staff were very friendly. - the location was amazing, just a 5-minute walk from Barrio Santa Cruz.

There was aire conditioning without additional fee.

Very nice person at the reception. Very good value for money. No bed bugs. We had the room 301 (3rd floor, no lift) that was very quite during the night, but a bit hot without the air conditioning as it is under the roof. Ask at the reception to switch on the air conditioning. Free WiFi.

The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. the breakfast served in the lounge area was local.

The location is particularly good and amazing, 1 km from Barrio Santa Cruz. It is 15 mins ride from the airport. The food is outstanding and local.

Good location between the railway station and main sightseens.about 20 minutes walking both ways. The staff doesn't speak English but they are kind and helpful.

The single room without shower isn't very comfortable because of its size and facilities.

The hotel has always pleasant staff at the reception desk. Local food and cool drinks are available. - Amazing and wonderful location near Torre Giralda Bell Tower.

The best part of my stay at this pension was the location, it was quite close to the Cathedral and Real Alcazer, as well as having a couple of great coffee shops close by with free internet that I could access. There were also good restaurants in the area. I also, cheekily.... Made use of the "roof top terrace" amongst the washing and air con units, to get an evening sunset view over the Seville rooftops, whilst sipping a post shower cocktail!

You get what you pay for really, and for around £25 per night for a single room in a city centre location it was fine, but it is very basic and I had to contend with a few ants. Also my netbook would not accept the wifi on offer, something about a lack of an ip certificate. But it worked in the nearby coffee shops. Lastly no one spoke a word of English and my attempts at sign language was just confusing.

The family that runs this little hostal is very nice and helpful. The woman helped us up with our bags, and helped make an unexpected phone call for us. They will bend over backwards for you, very generous. The air conditioner works very well!! Very clean, and we even got a bathroom in our room when we reserved a room without. We would stay there again and recommend this hostal to anyone.

The room is very tiny. You will not have room if you have a lot of luggage. The internet only works outside in the hallway.

We had a wonderful stay at a budget-friendly accommodation with a prime location. Pension Perez Montilla provided us with clean and tidy accommodations. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. The rooftop terrace was a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. The water heater worked perfectly, ensuring we had hot showers. it was a great value for our money, especially considering the private bathroom.

Central location, basic but all you need. Great value for money. My bedroom, although sharing a bathroom, had its own basin.

The bathroom was on another floor, however there was a toilet on my floor.
